Vintage Design
Beautifull pair of Lounge Chair designed by Svend Skipper and produced by Skipper Møbelfabrik in Denmark circa 1950’s.
The design was created in 1956 and often referred as “Papa Bear” for it´s resemblance to Hans J. Wegner’s Papa Bear chair.
Skipper’s craftsmanship and quality can be observed in every single piece of his.
Its features include teak wood legs and wood padded arm rests. This chair has been newly upholstered with a premium green fabric from Gaston Y Daniela with wool in its composition. One of the chairs still had the original old fabric so both chairs were professionally reuphostered exactly like the orignal.
